Hi, I'm Jill. I'm a soon to be certified hypnotist and founder of Gotta Get Glow. Im here to help women step out of stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt and move into clarity, calm, and confidence.

I’ve been where many of my clients are. I’ve felt the weight of stress as a small business owner, the grind of corporate America, and the waves of change that come with menopause. Hypnosis made a real difference for me — helping me manage stress, improve my habits, and feel more grounded. That experience sparked my passion to get certified and share this work with other women who need relief and empowerment

My Story

Gotta Get Glow grew from a lifelong interest in personal growth and self-help. When hypnosis helped me find relief during one of the most stressful chapters of my life, I knew it wasn’t just another tool — it was the missing piece. Becoming certified felt like a natural step, combining my love of personal development with a method that truly works.

Today, I use hypnosis to help women not just get by but truly thrive. Alongside my  virtual hypnosis sessions, I also offer educational programs designed to give you structure and ongoing support — whether you’re navigating menopause or looking to reset your mindset and confidence.

Is hypnosis safe?

 Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focus that most people experience daily (like when you’re daydreaming or absorbed in a good book). You are always in control.

Will I lose control or do something silly?

No. Hypnosis is not stage magic. You can’t be made to do anything against your will or values. It’s a collaborative process where you remain aware and in charge.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Some clients notice improvement in as little as one or two sessions, while others choose a short series to reinforce lasting change.

Can hypnosis replace my medical treatment?

No. Hypnosis is a complementary approach, not a substitute for medical care. It can naturally and more quickly support your well-being alongside the guidance of your healthcare providers.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. All sessions are currently held online, so you can experience the benefits of hypnosis from the comfort of your own home. It will need to be a quiet space without interuptions.

Can hypnosis help with menopause symptoms?

Yes. Many women find hypnosis reduces hot flashes, improves sleep, and supports emotional balance during this stage of life.
