You’ll receive a confirmation email with your date, time, and private video link, along with reminder emails before we meet.

During our call, we’ll spend about 20 minutes talking through what you’ve been experiencing and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now.

There’s nothing you need to prepare. Just plan to join from a quiet, comfortable space where you can talk openly.

If you need to reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance.
