You’ll receive a calendar invite with everything you need.

For your session, please be in a quiet, private space where you can fully relax.
Silence your phone and notifications, get comfortable, and make sure your camera is positioned so I can see your face.

It helps not to eat for a few hours beforehand. Please use the restroom before your session and have water nearby.

If you need to book or reschedule, you can do so directly from your calendar invite.
