I’m currently completing formal training in hypnotherapy and am inviting a small number of committed adult volunteers to participate in practice sessions as part of my coursework.
These sessions are offered in a calm, respectful, and confidential setting. My intention is to create a supportive experience while meeting the professional and ethical standards of my training program.
These sessions are a good fit if you:
Are 18 years or older
Are open to hypnosis and willing to fully participate
Believe hypnosis can help, or are open to discovering that it can
Feel comfortable working with a student practitioner
Can reliably attend scheduled sessions (between 1-3 sessions)
Are willing to provide honest feedback after each session
These sessions may not be a good fit if you:
Feel strongly skeptical or resistant to hypnosis
Are looking for something casual or just curious to try it once
May have difficulty following through with appointments
Are seeking medical or mental health treatment
Practice sessions may focus on specific areas required for my coursework, including:
Smoking cessation
Weight management and cravings
Nail biting and related habit behaviors
Stress and anxiety support
Confidence and performance
Habit change and focus
The session focus will be discussed during the info call to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us and aligns with course requirements.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes
Sessions are conducted virtually only
At least one session may be recorded for educational review
Recording is only done with your clear consent
Each session follows a complete hypnotherapy structure
Because these sessions are part of a structured training program, consistency matters. Some volunteers may be invited to participate in more than one session so progress can be observed over time.
Reliable attendance and clear communication help create the best experience for everyone involved.
