What is hypnosis?

How are the sessions conducted?
Sessions are held live over video, similar to Zoom. You’ll join from home and participate in the guided hypnosis session. Recordings of the hypnosis portion are provided for listening between sessions, along with simple reflection prompts to reinforce the work during the week.
Many women notice steadier weight regulation when they consistently apply the tools. Individual results vary and depend on participation and consistency.
All hypnosis sessions are recorded and available for replay.
